IN former times, when there were no firearms, Kung Fu was very important as a self defence tool. One who was skillfull in Kung Fu, reached a high status in the feudal society.
| |
Usually Kung Fu was taught in rich families, in Taoist and Buddhist temples or in the inner circle of the Emperor. The knowledge was strictly protected and passed on only in the closed circle. However, Master Joe believes that it is important to share the knowledge he acquired from his family and from other Masters with others, in order to help them strengthen their minds and improve their lives.
| |
Tibetan Kung Fu is the synthesis of 600 years of Kung Fu training handed down from generation to generation of Master Joe's family. This ancient style combines influences of Tibetan, Chinese and Mongolian Kung Fu, as well as the Dragon style.
